Talla Berst, alternatively spelled Tala (blessed name: 多羅タラ), is an angel of consequence and the only individual to successfully master the Christened Techniques.

Special Technique: Disjoin

If all things are bound in TEAL-based arcanics, then Special Technique: Disjoin (特別術とくべつじゅつ　「選言せんげん」) disables connection between an examination and a coil. The user separates anything targeted which counts as either an examination and its coil, and its connection is severed.
